Onboarding your customers
Stage 1
No Access
Before any data is transferred to AlphaMolly, your customers are given the opportunity to opt out. Its their choice and we respect their decision to not share their data.
Unfortunately this means that those customers not not happy to share their data will not be able to take advantage of our great functionality.
Stage 2
Limited Access
With some of your customers happy to share their data, our default requirement is that data transferred to us is anonymized without any personally identifying information.
These customers will be able to use AlphaMolly freely without restriction. There are some pieces of functionality that will need to be re-configured for each connected session.
We only maintain this data for the period of the users connected session. On closure of the session this data is destroyed.
Stage 3
Complete Access
For those customers who choose to give us permission to store their data we encrypt and store in secure cloud.
These customers will be able go gain access to the full power of Molly and leverage out industry leading capabilities.
Of courser your customers maintain the right to stop using AlphaMolly functionality at any time. In making this decision we destroy any data that we have stored on their behalf.

Our web-components are built in React Native enabling us to seamlessly integrate into any website, Android or IOS app.
As part of our onboarding we even fully customise the components to fully align with your branding.
Identifier agnostic
We understand that your underlying infrastructures are bespoke to your organisations, so to ease the integration we are identifier agnostic.
It doesn't matter if you use SEDOL, CUSIP, ISIN, Ticker or some other identifier that we are not using. Whatever is required we can do the mappings and get you onboarded.
Required data
The only data that we require are a customers transactional data. Our comprehensive online documentation will provide the detail specifications of the data requirement and your assigned integration lead will be alongside you every step of the journey.
